The Nova Scotia (or her sister) as she appears on the cover of a 1956 brochure. (Left)
What a difference from the illustration in a 1955 brochure! (Right)

The Nova Scotia (7,438 grt, 440 ft. long) was built in 1947 and worked on the
Liverpool - St. John's - Halifax - Boston run until 1962.
She and her sister were then sold to Dominion Navigation Co. of Melbourne,
operating between Australia, Hong Kong and Japan.
They were renamed Francis Drake and George Anson respectively, and scrapped in 1971.
